G&H Sons Ltd specializes in engine replacement, diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs, with expertise in Citroën, Peugeot, Ford, and BMW vehicles.

2. Services Provided

We provide the following services:

  • Engine Replacement: High-quality replacement engines.
  • Reconditioned Engines: Tested and supplied on an exchange basis.
  • Engine Fitting: Professional fitting services.
  • Diagnostics: Advanced tools for accurate issue identification.
  • Parts Supply: Genuine parts tailored to your vehicle.
  • Maintenance & Repairs: Comprehensive vehicle maintenance services.

3. Booking and Quotes

  • A booking forms a binding agreement to these terms.
  • Quotes for services or parts are estimates and may change after detailed inspections.
  • Adjustments for unforeseen repairs or price changes will be communicated before proceeding.
  • Customers are responsible for vehicle transport unless otherwise agreed.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payments are due upon service completion unless pre-arranged.
  • Accepted payment methods include cash, card, and bank transfers.
  • Any additional costs for unforeseen repairs will require prior approval from the customer.

5. Warranty

  • Engine replacement and reconditioned engines include a six-month warranty.
  • Warranty is void if:
    • The vehicle is serviced or inspected by another garage without prior approval.
    • Damage occurs due to neglect, misuse, or pre-existing issues.
    • Engine failure arises from incorrect fueling, blocked DPF, ABS faults, faulty injectors, or ancillary part failures.
  • Customers must promptly report warranty issues to us.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure the vehicle is suitable for the requested service.
  • Disclose all relevant issues before work begins.
  • Regularly check oil and coolant levels to avoid damage.
  • Collect vehicles within seven days of service completion to avoid storage charges of £25/day.

7. Liability

  • G&H Sons Ltd is not liable for:
    • Personal belongings left in the vehicle.
    • Damages caused by pre-existing conditions, neglect, or misuse.
    • Indirect or consequential losses.
  • Our liability for errors or negligence is limited to repair, replacement, or compensation at our discretion.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur fees.
  • Refunds are available for incomplete services, subject to an evaluation.
  • Cancelation charges apply for incurred costs, including inspection or partial work completed.

9. Storage and Disposal

  • Vehicles uncollected within 15 days of notification may be sold to recover outstanding payments. Proceeds, less charges, will be returned to the customer if applicable.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

  • Personal data is handled per applicable data protection laws.
  • Data will not be shared or sold without consent, except as required by law.

11. Third-Party Parts and Work

  • Parts supplied by third parties carry their own manufacturer warranty.
  • We are not responsible for third-party part defects.
  • Labor charges for third-party part installation are non-refundable.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes will be resolved in UK courts.
